What we hold, and why.

This site collects almost nothing. Where we do hold information about you, this notice says what it is, why we have it and how to make us delete it.

Privacy

Who we are

Montlior Media N.V., Montlior House, 1 Chancery Quay, Meridale MD1 4TR, Coravia, is the controller of the information described here. Our data protection contact is privacy@montliorgroup.example.

What this site collects

This site sets no advertising cookies, carries no third-party trackers, embeds no social widgets and runs no analytics that identify an individual. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve them.

Server logs
Requested URL, timestamp, response code, referrer, user agent and a truncated IP address. Held for 30 days to detect faults and abuse, then deleted.
Aggregate page counts
Counts of page views by URL, with no identifier attached and no way to relate one request to another.
Preferences
None. This site stores nothing in your browser beyond what the browser itself caches.

If you contact the partnerships desk

When you send an enquiry we hold the name, role, organisation, email address, objective, budget range and timing you give us, together with the correspondence that follows. We use it to answer your enquiry and to plan a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business approach, and consent for the record itself, which you give on the form.

We keep an unconverted enquiry for twelve months and then delete it. Where an enquiry becomes a booking, we keep the contract record for seven years because Coravian company law requires it.

Who sees it

The partnerships desk, the colleague who would deliver the work, and our finance team where a booking follows. We do not sell enquiry data, we do not share it with the newsroom, and we do not pass it to any third party for their own purposes. Our email and file-storage providers process it on our instruction under written terms.

Your rights

  • Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
  • Have anything inaccurate corrected.
  • Have it deleted, including at any point before a booking.
  • Object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict it.
  • Withdraw consent, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
  • Complain to the Coravian Information Commission if we get it wrong.

Write to privacy@montliorgroup.example. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge.

Transfers

Enquiry data is held on servers in Coravia and the Meridian Accord. Where a processor operates outside those jurisdictions we rely on standard contractual clauses and publish the list of processors on request.

Changes

Material changes to this notice are published here with a revised date, and anyone whose enquiry is still live at the time is told directly.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form provides local validation and confirmation. Information entered into it is not transmitted, retained or processed by this website.
