Mei Santoro, Partnerships Director at Montlior Media.

Biography

Fourteen years translating complex objectives into clear media plans.

Mei works with organisations whose communications sit close to regulation, public policy and reputation. She leads the brief from first conversation through measurement, remaining the client’s named contact throughout delivery.

Before joining Montlior Media in 2012, Mei spent six years in strategic planning at Ardent & Vale, where she worked on banking, accountancy and public-infrastructure accounts across Coravia and northern Europe.

Her work at Montlior includes multi-year publisher tenures, executive-audience research partnerships and the commercial design of the Coravia Capital Summit. She is known for narrowing broad stakeholder requests to one decision the campaign can credibly influence.

One decision, stated plainly

Every proposal she issues begins with the audience decision, the evidence required and the point at which Montlior should say no. Her plans separate output measures from business outcomes.
