Biography
Élise has led Montlior Media since 2018. She sets the company’s commercial strategy, chairs the advertising standards committee and reports to a board constituted separately from Montlior News.
She began her career in audience development at the Valcourt Review before joining Montlior Group’s circulation business in 2007. Over the following decade she led subscription operations across print and digital, introducing the Group’s first de-duplicated readership model and a common service standard for its regional titles.
As Chief Executive, Élise has shifted the media business from volume-led inventory to long-tenure partnerships and commissioned work. She established the Studio’s published labelling rules, created an annual external review of commercial/editorial separation and gave the standards committee authority to decline revenue without executive referral.
