Events · Anselm Group

The room, not the platform.

A summit partnership designed around who could meet—not what the sponsor could say from the stage.

The brief

Put the right people together without buying the agenda.

Anselm Group wanted meaningful access to leaders in finance, infrastructure and government at the Coravia Capital Summit. Montlior’s editorial programme and speaker choices were not for sale.

The partnership was therefore built around convening: a private dinner before the summit, the shared delegate experience and a moderated roundtable the following morning.

Approach

Design the edges

Montlior mapped the moments before and after the programme where substantive conversation could happen. Invitations were based on role and relevance, never on a sales list supplied by the partner.

Delivery

Hospitality with a purpose

The dinner seated 28 guests across four mixed tables. The post-summit roundtable used a published brief and independent moderator; a short record of agreed themes was shared with every participant.

Result

Useful meetings, measured honestly

Of 212 delegates, 68% held board-level roles. Anselm recorded 37 agreed follow-up conversations, while 91% of surveyed guests said the partner’s presence felt appropriate to the event.

Convene with purpose

The best room is not the loudest one.

We design partnerships around the people, questions and conditions for useful exchange.
